Refund policy

RETURNS or EXCHANGES: Unlit, and undamaged candles are offered for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please reach out prior to sending back your item with what you would like to achieve. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, once item has been returned, we will contact you. If you wish to do an exchange with an item that is of higher price than the original item you have purchased, this will result in a fee of the difference. 

DAMAGES: If the item has been damaged while in transport, please reach out within 72 hours of receiving your item with photos to qualify for a free replacement or full refund. Please note, that if you have purchased a 1:1 item, you will not be able to replace it with the same item. You can, however, replace this with an item that is of the same original price point. Anything above originally paid price point will result in a fee of the difference in the items.
